Hi i have a 2 bedroomed ground floor flat in a lovely little village called Broad Oak Just outside of Rye and 15min drive from Hastings. The village has a local shop and local bakers the village primary school is excellent. Main bedroom has fitted wardrobes and 2nd room is big enough for a double bed. There is a seperate outhouse that i currently use as a laundry room has power point. Would be good shed. We would idealy like a 3 bedroomed property but would consider a 2 bed if the house and area were right.
