hello,i have a 2 bed house in wallington surrey 15 miles from central london,on the edge of a newly built estate,situated in a nice quiet part of the estate close to everything you will need ,schools shopping and all transport links to london 7 year old wimpey built house end of terrace with 2 bedrooms/bathroom/toilet on the first floor/large kitchen & dining area and decent sized living room + toilet on the ground floor as its end of terrace you have an alley leading to rear garden as well as access through living room,rear garden is approx 30ft x 20ft but is quite overgrown at present and could do with some tlc some rooms just been repainted [ongoing so hope to do more before any exchange] you also have your own driveway and small garden area at front of property,very nice helpful nieghbours this area has just been regenorated lots of money been spent improving the place [a nice place to live,i need a 2-3 bedroom house in somerset to be close to my family will view any house thanks michelle
