i have a two double bedroom new build home. Our home was built in december 2006 so we have new kitchen and bathroom our home benefits from a downstairs toilet and a good sized back garden there are plenty of parking spaces to the front of the house so parking isnt a issue. We are in a good location with pleanty of choice of schools in the area we also have a small shop just next to us and basildon shopping centre is just 5 min in the car away.
