I would prefer to remain within the Langford Primary School catchment area if possible but would consider moving a little further out for the right property although I do need to stay within the confines of West Oxfordshire. Rural location ideal, local amenities not important. Must be a child and pet-friendly location (I have dogs and cats).... Property must have a reasonable sized garden(s), preferably secure, and off-road parking if possible. Ideally located close to fields/footpaths for dog walking.
