Good size attic all floored and ladder for access. very large enclosed garden with seating area. 11ft hedge for privacy. Also a garage to fit car or van and a separate shed, off road parking too. Pets allowed. Rent £82 .90 week Medium size garden at front with another shed. My 2 bed home is 2 mile outside Forfar. Forfar can be access by bus, car or on foot by public pathway. Access onto the A90 is a 5 min drive from house, Dundee is roughly 15/20 min drive from house. Very quiet area, no kids, schools, pubs or shops. This however can all be accessed in Forfar. am the last remaining council house all homes in area bought houses and it's a small residential area. The bus stop is a 2 min walk from house. All the neighbour's are very friendly in the area. Not in a hurry to move until right property offered!! My personal circumstances have forced the move.. Only get in touch if you have a rural 3/4 bed bungalow or house, no flats!! In a very quiet residential area not near any schools or parks! Quiet towns may be considered.
