2 bed house with shower not wet room, good size attic all floored also has large garden enclosed by 11ft hedge medium size shed and garage can fit car or van or use as work shed.. also off road parking. Medium size garden at front with another shed. Neighbours very friendly mostly all elderly.. I am in a very quiet residential area no shops pubs or kids or schools, this can all be accessed in Forfar 1 mile from house by bus 2min walk from my house, or car, or walk, a lot do.. Pets allowed with permission, electric heating and card meter. i am not in a hurry to move! Personal circumstances force move, in return Must be quiet area (work night shift) (need area with very few kids) Cosmetic of property not important. Must Not be near any schools or parks, want rural or quiet town 1/2 bed bungalow or house with enclosed garden near Brechin, no estates, or flats!! must be quiet area, like for like and accept pets.
