I have a modern 1 bed bungalow in Southbourne, very close to stunning Emsworth harbour,chidham and bosham harbours. 5 mins walk to Thornham Marina. At the end of close, with one direct neighbour. Has wet room, and wider doors for wheelchair use. Open plan kitchen lounge, and conservatory, with insulated roof, so can be easily heated in winter, and cooler in summer for extra living space. Smallish, secluded garden, not overlooked, with two sheds. No grass, slabs and gravel. Slabs could be lifted if you want grass re laid. Quiet, nice neighbour, doctors, co op, tesco, boots, nearby. Southbourne station 5 mins walk, and regular buses. Non estate. Own two car drive. Looking for Arundel area ideally, or areas between arundel and Boxgrove/Tangmere. Preferably a bungalow. Can possibly move to a two bed, if its housing association, who allow a spare room. Just wanting to a bit nearer my mother in goring.Happy to do multiswaps.Not wanting a flat, as have dogs.
