Down size

We have a 3 x bed property, very large south facing garden. Great area, close to schools, shops, bus and train station. Lovely parks and walks close by. Great neighbours, have lived here for 30 years and love this house but sadly too big for us now. I am being very picky as in no rush so looking for the perfect swap. We would like a new build property with downstairs loo due to health issues, small garden is essential as is good parking or drive way. We would consider a flat but only if it is ground floor and has private enclosed garden.
