I have end of semidetached 2 bed ground floor maisonette with front & back garden for own use very private as on corner , RTB & dog friendly , close to all amenities, Lovely neighbours lived here nearly 40 years . 2 large bedrooms & living room kitchen has all fitted cabinets had done my self (not council) double fitted oven & gas hob , bath room with shower cubicle with glass sliding door, no bath but can have one fitted as I had shower fitted for medical reason . I’m looking for 1 bed bungalow, G/F Maisonette, will consider flat with with own out side space as have a small dog . Eastbourne or surrounding areas
