Hi I have a 3 bed Council house in Upper Stratton in Swindon Wiltshire we have large wrap around garden with alot of potential currently it has a garage and wood room, green house and shed with alot of space to do alot more with. It's fenced in all around with 6ft fencing. good sized front garden fenced all the way round with large double gates and potential for a driveway if needed or wanted. Both gardens are currently in the midst of being changed. There is a long lay-by opposite the house or on street parking so I've not had a driveway done myself. I have a large wetroom, 2x big bed rooms and 1 x smaller bedroom, nice size lounge and a long kitchen/diner new kitchen being fitted by January 2024 photo of the new plan has been added. I am close to all amenities, schools are all walking distance , drs , postoffice, bus stop 1 minute from the house and bus route straight to town centre and also to west swindon shopping centre that also has link centre and asda buses every 20 minutes. We are also close to the Hospital, South Marston, Highworth Lechlade, there is a Gym , garden centre, Costa coffee and small sainsburys few minutes from the house. M4 to Bristol,Reading, Wales etc A419 to Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cirencester, A420 to Oxfordshire are also within minutes from the house. There is a large playing field , community centre and park with a skate park and basket ball area around the corner from us. There is also 2 x collages. Orbital shopping centre , Outlet village and Greenbridge retail park , cinemas, bingo hall ,bowling etc are also close and easy to get too. open to multiswaps not in any rush so happy to speak to anyone who's looking for an exchange now or later I'm happy to wait if need be.
