We have a Three-Bed House in a village called Seven Sisters Ten miles outside Neath Town,Our Landlords are Tai Tarian and our rent is almost £114.00per week.This House consists of Two-Double and One Single Bed Rooms,An upstairs Bathroom with shower over the Bath,Downstairs a Toilet and Utility Room a Medium size Lounge,and a Large Kitchen/Diner with a Patio Door Leading out to a Sixty-Foot Enclosed back garden with a 12x12Ft Summer House facing down the valley and Two Brick Sheds.A nice size front garden with Ten Steps from gate down to Front Door.We are looking to move back to Norfolk to be closer to family and must be Pets allowed.We are open to a Three-way or multi-swap.The Areas were looking for are Gorleston,Lowestoft,Caister,Reedham or all areas outside Norwich City.Please note this House has had new Windows and Doors installed in March 2022.
