Swap from two bed bungalow in Dymchurch to two bed bungalow in or near Maidstone

I have a beautiful two bedroom bungalow very near to a lovely sandy beach. To the rear of the bungalow there is a good sized garden, laid to lawn with a shed. To the front of the property there is a small garden and driveway with private parking. The bungalow has an entrance porch, a generous hallway leading to two good sized double bedrooms, a wet room and an open plan kitchen/living room. The property has central heating and new double glazing fitted and is in a quiet cul de sac with local shops within walking distance. There is also a local primary school and doctors all within walking distance. The property has been maintained extremely well by both myself and the council. Dymchurch is a wonderful place to live and has a friendly and welcoming community. My reason for moving is to be nearer family. I would consider most areas around Maidstone.
