2 Double bed 1st floor flat

I have a large 2 double on 1st floor flat the flat is only 2 floors, walking distance to shops, schools & train stations. There is a big park at the end of the street. I have a balcony outside my front door which is shared but no one uses unless they walk to leave their house, Also the neighbors are lovely.
