Own driveway and fenced back garden. Close to primary schools, and catchment area for Perth Academy. Park with football pitch and basket ball court are a 2 min walk away. Close to lots of walking/water areas which are great in the summer. If a driver you have Lidl, homebargains and tesco close by in Blairgowrie and also Scone close by. There is a bus route to get in and out of perth also. Lovely place to live especially if you are wanting more peace. Sadly need to be closer to family. Looking for as close to like for like as we can. Must be 3 bed house with garden and somewhere for parking as have 2 cars. Would prefer Letham depending where but will consider other areas if fit.
