i live in fairwater of water hall road cardiff there is only 16 flats i am in a quite area i am in a block of six flats with five men this block would suite a male it is over 50 only it is a quite block i got one bedroom ground floor in the hallway is three cupboard to put your items in the bedroom is 14 in long and wide the living room is nice side you can get a lot in there the window over look a small garden and car park the kitchen is fair side the bathroom is bit small with walking showe close by is shops doctors school bus stop post box and canton i need to swap asp i need 55 over
