EXCHANGE WANTED FROM JARROW TYNE & WEAR TO SOUTHEND ON SEA OR OTHER AREAS OF ESSEX CONSIDERD

We have a 2 bed house in Jarrow tyne and wear and are desperately wanting to move to southend on sea or nearby. Our house is modernly decorated with all walls plasterd. Upstairs is 2 double bedrooms with both floors lamanated flooring. A new bathroom suite and shower. Downstairs we have our livingroom which has new oak floor throughout and our kitchen which has the floor tiled and has just had a new fitted kitchen (not council) A new combi boiler was fitted not so long ago as was double glazed windows. We have gardens to front and rear with the rear backing onto a culdesac wich also has off main road parking. Our neighbours are friendly. We have a shop on the estate with a park and playing fields around corner, perfect for kids or to walk dog etc. We are within walking distance of the shopping centre which is only 5 mins on foot, there is every shop you would ever need there. Our house is end terraced. We would consider a house, flat or even bungalow but must have at least 2 bedrooms as we have an 8yr old son.
