We have a 3 storey - 3 bedroom house in Jarrow, South Tyneside. We are currently looking for an opportunity to move down south.
Location: In prime central location to both Newcastle City Centre and South Shields Town Centre. As well as close to all travel links and connections for A19 and A1. Seven miles(16 minute local bus journey) from the coast and a beach, with an all year round fair.
Based 300 yards from a shopping centre that has a Morrison's supermarket, as well as many clothes and other shops. Located right in the middle of Jarrow town centre, next to the Tyne Tunnel.
A historic Bede's world park is a walking distance away as well as a recreational park for children.

Situated 40 minutes (By Metro) 30 mins by car to Newcastle International Airport.
Nearest primary school is approximately 100 yards away and can be seen outside the front windows. Secondary school is under a mile away. We are located in a very suitable area for schools, with choices also coming from South Shields and Hebburn for schools.Free bus pass provided for schools over 2.5 miles away.
There are two colleges near by. One in Hebburn, one in South Shields both exactly 10 mintues away with a bus stop close to the house. Nearest 6th form is in Hebburn next door to the college.
Constant transport provides easy access to Newcastle, Northumbria and Sunderland universities.
Outside of the house: Situated opposite a local public house(simply cross the road), There is no bother from the patrons and pub always abides by all noise limits and closing times.And is actually quite friendly. Newsagent, Off license, pizza and Chinese takeaways are in a 250 metre radius.
Although no off road parking, there is a suitable parking space at front of the house as well as a more enclosed one at the back.
