4bedroom adapted house in pretty coastal/rural wales
A bedroom downstairs with on suite facilities for disabled, with patio doors leading to the rear large landscaped garden, other 3 bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom. Driveway holding 2 vehicles but room for a 3rd car at the top of the drive, front lawn, utility room with fitted cuboards, new fitted kitchen, which cost us a lot extra from the average H/A kitchens. situated on a sought after, quiet cul de sac, with on going waiting lists just to get onto this cul de sac. We are near to the little village of Aberaeron, where it's very similar to a Cornish village, with loads of picturesque country walks by the river and new quay which is well know for dolphin watching and sought after holiday destination ideal if your looking for a preety and quiet environment. Only reason we are wanting to move is we have lived in this house for over 15 years now, we would just like a fresh start. We are 5 mins away from primary and secondary schools, beach, doctors and local stores.
also with the property we will be leaving a large wooden swimming pool, to your preference can be used or you can take it down,and a gorgeous pond with fan tail and koi carp fish in. also a decked area in the corner.
looking for a 3 or 4 bed house over towards lincolnshire, but would consider houses in cornwall, devon, somerset, Pembroke and rural places in dorset. we are looking to be coastal,as we are here, although willing to be a couple of miles inland for the right property. We would not consider large estates or mid terraces. we are ideally looking for rural like ours with a town not far away.
