3 bed new build house want 3-4 bed old house on park estate (Gloucester rd / Morland rd) Aldershot
My mid terrace house currently houses 6 ppl. 4 children, 2 adults. My boys share an 8 x 9 ft box room, my girls share a 12 x 10 ft bedroom and we have a 9 x 14 bedroom. Its proportioned well, but we have 1 too many children in it. We were forced to move here in 2005, 2 weeks after signing for a semi detatched with every intention of swapping out with no luck so far..
We have parking out back for one car and a public layby out front that we park our 2nd car in.
We have a 18 x 12 ft kitchen diner, 14 x 12 lounge, downstairs loo.
Bathroom upstairs with power shower, airing cupboard. Wardrobes built in two bedrooms.
Wooden shed in back garden, also private gate to carpark.
On site park basketball court etc for the use of only the estate. close to all amenities
I myself have never been happy here, because i wasnt given a choice to back out. We have not used the facilities on site but thats because i dont like going out.
I require a bigger smallest room for my children and to be be close to school. Gloucester road, 27 - 69 ideal...
