exchange wanted from a 3 bed flat in aldridge to 3 bed house in walsall wood

we have a large sitting area...2 large bedrooms and 1 box room...we have a separate bathroom and toilet...there is plenty of storage space.. there is a medium cupboard which has a light and a electric plug sockets...the attic and a small cupboard..there is only 3 neighbours which are all friendly and quite...

I know my property is on the industrial estate in aldridge but it is very quite and there is no trouble....
