hi i have a four bedroom house over three floors, ground floor has kitchen, dining room, utility room, hall,toilet and i have built a garden room which is being used as a playroom at present which then leads on to a decent sized garden. first floor is lounge and a bedroom, and on top floor is three further bedrooms and bathroom. we are close to all amenities all within walking distance or you can catch the bus which runs every ten minutes which is just at the top of the road,all schools are close by and within walking distance to and doctors are just at the end of the path literally a 1 minute walk. property is on an estate but it doesnt feel like an estate if you know what i mean, area is really safe for children to play out and neighbours are all friendly,
