I have a lovely 2bed house in a nice area of barnet hertfordshire.2 double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes.All rooms decorated in nuetral colours and laminate flooring throughout.Nice size garden with shed also.There is everything you could need i.e shops doctors hospital schools hairdressers buses etc all within 5mins walk.I have spent many happy years here and have fantastic neighbours so i REALLY do not want to move but am desperate for a 3bed property due to a growing family.I will consider all areas for a 3bed but would love to stay in barnet potters bar enfield areas .If you are interested in a straight swap 3way 4way then please do not hesitate to contact me by email or phone
