bath Council House Exchange

hi, i have a 3 bed maisonette on the end,so only 1 direct neighbour, it has views all over bath & surrounding areas, it is absolutly stunning u can watch the sunset go down, we have no garden but a 17ft long balcony 8ft wide, we r on the top of the building so there is no-one above us, although there r flats for single peolpe downstairs, who r all cool, we have outside sheds for storage, the home itself has 3 beds 1 double & 2 singles,or bunkbeds would fit in eachone also with stunning views & nice & sunny, large kitchen/dinner.sepate wc,nice size bathroom, longe is 17X13 ish, lounge door goes onto balcony, 2mins away r shops,schools,takeaways u name it its here, & a 5 min walk into bath citycentre, or take the bus, the stop is across the road... i am looking for a move to minehead/torquay & somerset or within those areas just want the sea to b within reachin distance. as i havnt lived here for 12 months yet i am unable to move untill aprill 2012 so have started looking now, to see whats out there, & we all know how stressfull it can b moving, so am trying to get the ball in motion... if u r intrested in moving to bath, please dont hesitate to call or email me... if u require other info..thanks alot.& goodluck with your searchin...
