We are looking to swap our Bristol home for any where on the south coast- especially Newquay or similar areas in Cornwall- will also consider Brighton/Bournemouth.

We have a large victorian maisonette, with a lovely, big, private garden with a car port. There are two very large living spaces downstairs- one with a fireplace & bay windows and one with gorgeous views all over Bristol. Also a separate space in the hallway which we use as an office! Kitchen leading to large garden with amazing views of Bristol, and a pond. Two double bedrooms upstairs, one with great views, and one with bay windows. All the widows are sash windows. There is also a decent sized cellar space downstairs which could be converted to a workshop or another room. There is central heating with instant hot water. 10 min walk to Templemeads train station, 20 min to city center, or 10 min by bus. Lovely high ceilings, wooden floors & newly decorated. Right next to allotments and a gorgeous park!
