I am offering a 2yr old large 2 bed ground floor flat. All neutrally decorated throughout!

I dont drive and am able to get everywhere easily. Train station provides early and late direct trains to waterloo - in between you need to change at ascot (10 mins). Direct to Guildford (40mins) or Reading (40mins)
Allocated parking space with permit as clamping is enforced for any non resident parking! So you always have a space. Communal corridors are cleaned daily and windows washed monthly.
I am looking for a large 2 bed or 3 bed house preferable but will consider flats, and bungalows etc... any area in kent considered. Coastal ideal but not essential. Needs to be close to schools and bus stops or town. I need to get to Kent for a family emergency and will do 3/4 - 25 way swaps if need be. lol
