1 bed Cambridge would like coast or anywhere
Hi,
On the 28th July i achieve a secure tenancy, and, has it has been from the start i hope to exchange my 1 bed for your 1 bed...
I am particulary interested in a coastal property, but will condsider anywhere
My flat is fully double glazed, with a new kitchen and new boiler.
I am situated five or ten minutes out of town, with an excellant bus route that goes straight to the bus and then the train station, there are also excellent transport links
i live on the very edge of a medium sized estate, which is a really nice place (its cambridge afterall)... the best bit about my flat apart from the £67 rent is the view from the very large front window, it over looks trees and greenery with not a house in sight for the whole view. Its the bit i will miss, as its beautiful and relaxing to sit and just stare out
I am on the first floor of a block of four, with the other three neighbours in their 50's, they are really nice people and they have looked after me and i them since i arrived.
The block is a very solid building and i get sun in the morning on the front side and then sun at the back in the evening, where there is a communual garden that dosent get used much.
Front room is apporx 15 x 12 ft , bedroom is approx 12 x 9 ft, with a small bathroom (no shower) and a small fitted kitchen (new)
It really is a lovely flat, but it was never my intention to live in Cambridge (as beautiful as it is, and it really is if you have never been), but i was nominated by a homeless organisation and somehow in no time i ended with this flat.
As grateful as i am, What i would really like is to move to a place where i am not known as an ex homeless person, and just potter on in peace.
I would be really interested in a coastal 1 bed flat, but will consider anywhere with a rent around the same as this one (£67)
(add: and one major thing i am looking for - no squeeky floorboards! it drives me loopy )
