We have a lovely deceptively spacious end of terrace house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Cambridge. We are close to the A14 with easy access to the M11. You can walk to the beautiful historic city center in 20 minutes. We are close to good primary Schools and pre-schools. There is a secondary school and a college a 10 minute walk away. Our Garden is large and we have a decent sized front garden with a drive that is comfortably big enough to fit 2 cars. There is a conservatory on the back of the house too which we use as a dining room. We have a 6 ft dining table in their and there is still a massive amount of space available around it. The lounge is very spacious and we use the large under-stair cupboard in the lounge as a computer room and it suits it's purpose perfectly. There are two large bedrooms upstairs that are roughly the same size in sq/ft but they are just differernt shapes. The one we currently use as the master is more square and the other is more rectangular. The third is a very generous single bedroom which if needed could comfortably accommodate a double bed. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a shower room (with toilet and sink) downstairs too. The hallways and door frames are slightly wider than usual as it is a lifetime house so it is designed so that wheel char users can move comfortably around the house. The kitchen is a very good sized family kitchen with ample space for a family seating area too. There is also side access to the garden.
