Our house is a two bedroom mid-terrace about a mile and a half from Cambridge city centre. The house is set back from a quiet road in a lay-by and not directly overlooked by other houses, it has off road parking in the large lay-by in front of the house and double gates in the fence would also allow for parking in the front garden. In the last eighteen months the roof has been retiled, outside pipes and woodwork replaced and painted, kitchen decorated and refitted with new units, sink, flooring, lighting and power points. There are two bedrooms, one is a 13ft 9ins x 11ft 8ins double, the other is 10ft x 9ft and also takes a double bed. The lounge is 13 ft 8 ins x 11ft 7ins and the kitchen 15ft x 6ft 6ins. The bathroom/w.c. is small but has a washbasin, under basin storage and overbath electric shower. There is a large brick shed in the back garden, the back garden is approx. 50 ft. long, fenced all round and there is a large play park for children at the end. Our house is close to bus and cycle routes to the city centre, with buses running every 10 mins, there are shops, supermarkets, a swimming pool, school and surgery nearby. Pets are allowed and if you have a dog or like walking, there are lovely walks by the river Cam, and open fields within 10 to 15 mins. walking distance of the house.
