Coucil owned 3 bedroom mid terraced house, (4 in the block). Quiet rural village with lots of decent walks, rivers, great local golf club ect. 29 miles from glasgow, 11 miles from Ayr, so ideal for trips to the beach.
The village has all shops usually needed for day to day living, a few hairdressers, a few grocers shops, butchers, post office, and a few pubs. There is a tescos 3/4 miles away, although i'm far too much a lover of online food shopping to ever visit. :-)
recently we have a lot of new build houses, so expantion's always a good thing.
Pretty large hall/entrance, with kitchen and livingroom + open plan diningroom off the main living area. 3 bedrooms upstairs all large enough to take double beds and furniture. Decent sized front and back garden, both landscaped for easy maintenance. front garden is mono-blocked, back garden is chipped.
I'm interested in a move to the devon area, although will consider anywhere in that region.
would love a 4 bedroom, although a 3 is great too.
