Looking for 3/4 bed house in Skegness area.
I currently have a 3 bedroomed house which is a end town house, with side accsess to front and rear gardens. Rear garden is fenced and secure, with a shed. There is the possibility of off road parking on front garden which would fit 2 cars. I have good neighbours, although next door works away and is hardly ever there. next door but 1 is a registered childminder who I can recommend. The house is situated on the edge of a quiet council estate and private housing estate. I am a two minutes from local parks and schools. Majority of properties on the estate are now privately owned. I am less than four miles from Chesterfie4ld station and on a very good bus route, which run every 10 mins. Local shops/leisure centre and amenities are a 5 minute walk away.
The house has a large rear living room, front facing decent size dining room, newly fitted kitchen and a walk in pantry. Upatairs has a seperate toilet and bathroom with a bath/shower. Front facing bedroom is a double sized, 2nd bedroom at rear is also a doulble sized, 3rd bedroom is smaller but alot than a box room.
I have laminate flooring in the hallway and dining room and carpet in living room.
I currently need to move to Skegness area to be nearer my partner, so am looking for a 3/4 bed house with gardens.
