coventry Council House Exchange

Our property is semi-detached lots of room on front for 3 cars, with drop kerb access. There is aslo a hedge out the front makes it private. Our rear garden is a nice size, there is and outhouse which is in an enclosed entry attached to the side of the house. So besides entering the house from the front door you can use the side gate also, very handy. Our house is classed as a 2 bed but the front bedroom is large and has two windows so could be split. We have one through lounge where we have our dining suite at one end. We are in easy reach of main motorways if you have to travel. Also 20min aprox away from warehouse/factorys offering work etc. This property could be extended in future. Many have added aconservetory, patio doors and even turned attic into extra room. Local council is very quick with any repairs needed. We have a bus stop close by allowing easy travel to Bedworth Coventry Nuneaton etc. We want to move to the southwest area as thats where my mum and brother are.
