croydon Council House Exchange

Newly decorated 3 bed house on very quiet road, at the end of a nice estae in croydon. large rear enclosed garden,, with side gate to front garden where there is a drive for off road parking, rear garden has 2 sheds, a fish pon and a brick built bbq. I have just fitted french doors to the newly decorated living room, and that leads to the rear garden, I have also brought a sun room that is just waiting to be put on to the house, thus giving an extra room. The down stairs has new wooden flooring. I have not done the kitchen or bathroom yet as the council are doing these sortly. Up stairs the stairs landing and very large master bedroom ahve just been decorated and had new carpet alyed. There is another double and a single that I cunrantly use as an office. The house is a 2 min walk to a very nice primary school, and just around the corner are the local shops, bus and tram. It is a 15 min walk into the centre of croydon, where you can find everything you could posibely want. I have been very happy here for 23 years and brought my 3 children up here. It is a very friendly community here and this is a sad and reluctant move, but the council can not fit a stair lift in this property so I need a 2 bed bungalow.
I would consider a 2 bed house if the right one was offered and am willing to consider most rural or coastal areas, but not Deveon or Cornwall.
