2/3 bed house needs 3 bed anywhere in essex considered not london
hi, i have a 2/3 bed house in dagenham. very close to all amenities, primary school with nursery, excellent ofsted reports, and shops within 1 min walk. park with duck pond, library, doctors, toddler groups, dentist senior school, nurserys etc all within 15 min walk, bus stop at the end of the road, station 15 min walk away.
The living room has been recently decorated, laminate floors in living room hallway and bedrooms. large cupboard under the stairs. we are on the list for a new kitchen, no start date has been set although they have said within the next year. long back garden with large decked area, 2 sheds at the end of the garden to remain. the front garden is due to be concreted in the next few weeks to make a driveway with space for 2 cars. upstairs is the bathroom, new suite fitted approx 2 years ago and two bedrooms. the main bedroom has been converted into 2 rooms with hallway to make 3 bedrooms in total. (must be seen) it can be left converted or taken down to make 2 rooms again. the converted rooms have recently been decorated. the loft hatch is on the landing and has a light. the loft is tall enough to be able to convert into an additional room. new pvc front and back doors have just been fitted. elderly neighbours either side.
i am looking for a 3 bed house either in dagenham or further into essex, preferably a parlour type but not essential. must have parking space and reasonable sized garden as i have 3 children. i do not want to move to a flat or maisonette so please do not ask me.
