hi we have a 2/3 bed house in dagenham. we have converted the main bedroom into 2 to make 3 rooms. (must be seen) front garden could be made into a driveway. long back garden with large decked area. 1 min walk to shops, school and nursery. 10 min walk to park, library, docs senior schools. 10 mins on bus/ car to romford ilford, 15 mins to brentwood.
we are looking for a 3 bed house. we do not want flats or maisonettes so please do not ask. we do not want anything less than 3 beds. we are looking to move to brentwood, chelmsford, witham, or anywhere very close to a12.
property must be 3 bed, have parking, some sort of dining area (either seperate room or living room/dining room or kitchen diner) must have a reasonable sized back garden as we have three children.
