hi we have a 2/3 bed house in dagenham. we have converted the main bedroom into 2 rooms with a hallway to make 3 bedrooms. (must be seen). front garden could be made into driveway. cupboard under the stairs. back garden approx 60ft long with large decked area and shed. kitchen should be replaced by housing association within next year. we are very close to all amenities. 1 min walk to primary school and nursery and shops. 5 min walk to library and park with duck pond, 10 min walk to doctors, dentist, senior schools. petrol stations supermarkets swimming pool all within few mins drive. elderly neighbours either side.
we are looking for a 3 bed house in chelmsford or the surrounding areas. we do not want maisonettes or flats. houses only. must have parking of some sort, prefferably off road, reasonable size back garden, and dining area either seperate dining room or living room/ dining room or kitchen diner.
we have genuine reasons for moving and are not timewasters.
