I have 1 bed ground floor flat in quite area of dartford, flats only built 3 high. good neighbours ,i have gas central heating, double glazing, new kitchen ,flush floor shower, large lounge with door leading out,own garden , own shed, plenty of parking outside flats also garages can be rented by council very close by ( if available , i have 1 so mine will be free when i move)close to supermarket, fish/chip shop/takeaway,newsgents,busses, slightly farther away but still withing walking distance is chemist, drs,coop,card shop,greengrocers etc bluewater shopping center is approx 10-15 min drive away. looking for 1 or 2 bed bungalow prefer rochester or withing 20 mile radius as i need family help due to disabilities but other areas considered as family members live other areas thanks for reading
