denmead Council House Exchange

a 2nd floor 2 bedroom flat in Denmead, approximately 10 miles from Fareham, and Portsmouth, and less than 10 miles from Havant. While being second floor, it is the top, and there is no one above. Developed specifically to be energy efficient which in this current economic climate is ideal. The flat is warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Large Living room, and Large kitchen (big enough for a small table and chairs) 2 good size bedrooms, and a good size bathroom with shower. Living room is approximately 15ft by 12ft, kitchen is 12ft by 10 (including units) bedroom 1 is 12ft by 10, second bedroom is 10ft by 8ft (ish, couldn't really measure when little 'un is asleep) Bathroom is approx 7ft square, Hallway is L shape, long part is 3ft wide, by 17 ft long, shorter bottom part is 8ft long by 3ft wide. Floors are concrete so sound carriage is a lot less than other flats. The communal area at the back of the block is clean and cared for, and there are individual sheds for each flat in the block (only tenancy restriction is that you can't put a satellite Dish on the front of the block, but if you can pay the extra you can put it on the side or back...).
