Hi we have a 4 bedroom semi-detached house in Norfolk, (NR20) which has:
DOWNSTAIRS: large disabled extension with triple sized bedroom, and wetroom/toilet/shower. A lobby area, for charging powerchairs/scooter, also enough room for fridge/freezers tumble dryer etc. You go through an archway, into the kitchen which runs the length of the house, has a walk in cupboard as well as lots of other cupboard space. There is room for appliances in here too, i.e. washer. Off the kitchen is the dining room and living room.
UPSTAIRS: three bedrooms (1 double, 1 medium, 1 smaller) bathroom (with bath) and toilet, and an area to store linen etc.
FRONT OF HOUSE: large concrete drive big enough for 2 Renault master vans, around the edge of this is gravelled flowerbeds which are all planted up and becoming well established. There is a path to the front door and to the side gate which leads you through to the level access entrance on the extension.
BACK OF HOUSE: large garden with grass and patio areas, again gravelled flowerbeds all planted up and well established. A very large double door metal garage/shed, plus two smaller wooden sheds.
LOCAL AREA: There is a couple of shops oppersite to the house, town which has been revamped is about 5 minute stroll. The schools are all within easy reach and have good results. Leisure facilities for all ages. There is a leisure center at the bottom of our road, which was opened spring 2007. This has 2 swimming pools a gym amongst other things.
