dorchester Council House Exchange

We have a large 3 bed house in Crownhill North of Plymouth, we have 2 double beds a large single all with built in wardrobes, light landing with large window, airing cupboard, bathroom upstairs with electric shower over the bath, the whole house has carpets and all the rooms are white so not difficult to add your own clours,(we are are deco fans hence the white decor) the lounge has double aspect windows and is approx 18.7 by 11.5 cream carpet with white walls, kitchen/diner 18 x 9.5 units white and about 4 years old, dining area has a 6 seater table and a sideboard, back door leading into medium sized garde, walled one side and back as we are EOT. downstairs cloackroom, hall way leading to kitchen and Lounge. STORAGE large walkin storage cupboard on the landing 8x3 and out side stores one about the same size and one smaller.Parking bay outside house. We are about 3 miles from the edge of Dartmoor and 10 mins from the sea, excellent schools within walking distance, local village shops easy flat walking distance, pre-schools, churches, dentist and doctors all close by, hospital about 10 mins up the road.
Reason for wanting to move: Work has moved, and so have to move as well, we would like the same as we have although appreciate it may be smaller, all contacts replied to, just hope we can find a match, we do have our ideal house in Burton Bradstock, so need a house for them in Hampsire or edge of Dorset who would want ours.
