We have a one bedroom flat,with a private garden situated in a quiet road around 10 minutes walk from Dorking town centre.
We are surrounded by all amenities,and have been very happy here,it is such a lovely area of Dorking in an ideal location,but we desperately need another bedroom for our 2 year old son.
We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house ideally,with a garden,in the dorking area,or surrounds.If there is anyone out there who is interested in down sizing,please let us know!
There are also plenty of safe parking spaces,outside the flat,and in the residents carpark.The flats are just 3 stories high,and it is a safe quiet area,with a mixture of private and council properties,away from estates.
We are very close to bus stops,and train stations.
