Downstairs W.C. Good sized living room . Large fitted kitchen & dining room. New front door & back door. Porch on the front of the house could have a door fitted. Outside brick built cupboard (we keep a second freezer in there & everyones shoes!) The house is newly decorated. All rooms including bedrooms have quality laminate flooring. The only carpet is on the stairs & landing. We have had cavity wall insulation & are awaiting to have the loft re- insulated. We have the right to buy on this house & have been wondering if we should buy now or take the plunge & move somewhere else. We have 3 children but are foster carers so our ideal house would have to be of similar size to this one.
We live 13 miles away from birmingham. On the bus route. We live 1 mile from stourbridge town (about 10 mins walk away) & 2 miles from the merryhill shopping center. There are 3 primary schools & 2 secondry schools within walking distance. There is a sainsburys, aldi, lidl about 5 mins away as well as all of the other shops in town. There is a new doctors & health center 5 mins away. There are cinemas , pubs , clubs & leisure centers all within walking distance. We also have a couple of local shops & a pub. Hope this all helps!
