quiet area nice neighbours, large kitchen with brand new kitchen with built in oven and hob and extractor fan in stainles steel large lounge diner with patio doors leading to bk garden lounge newly decorated, hallway with downstairs wc 2 large doubles and 1 single .bedrooms
all newly decorated and new carpet theoughout upstairs , as down stairs has laminated flooring .brand new fitted bathroom and power shower .we also had new combi boiler fitted, small front garden with side entrance to bk garden and the bk garden also has its own entrance there is a shed also. close to all amenities 5 mins from doctors and dentists, we are 5 mins from the seaside. all in all i have a lovely house very clean and tidy. kids have grown up now and want a change. would consider a 2 bed house also.
