3/4 BE HOUSE WANTED MOST TYNE AND WEAR AREAS CONSIDERED
I live in a modern 3 bedroom house which was built in 1997 so it has all the mod cons - gas central heating, double glazing, large kitchen diner, good size living room and downstairs toilet. Our garge is a good size which has decking throughout because when we moved in it was a driveway which isn't needed due to the ample parking facilities outside our back gate. The upstairs has two large bedrooms one with modern fitted wardrobes and the third room can still accommodate a bed, wardrobe nad chest of drawers. Although the front door is on a main road our back door leads into a square that is access only to the residents and the children play there. Over the other side of the square there are houses and they lead onto the road where there is a newsagents, supermarket, take away, butchers, cash dispenser, several hairdressers and bus stops to gateshead town centre. There is a primary school 300 yards away, down the bank there is a pub and a garage. This is a house where everything is on your door step without it being outside your front door.
