I live in a new (10 year old)1 bedroom ground floor flat in a quiet cul-de-sac in Thurrock (5mins drive from Lakeside Shopping Centre). The cul-de-sac consists of only 8 Housing Association properties and there is a lovely community feel amongst the residents. There is a long communal garden running along the back of the property which isn't used much, with nicely kept shrubbs. we have our own gardener who looks after the front and the back and keeps everything looking just beautiful. I am situated in south ockendon, thurrock, 10 mins from grays, A13 and M25 so easy access,

The flat has laminate flooring in the bedroom, living room and hallway. I have decorated the flat to a high finish. I will be leaving the fittings behind. The flat also has it's own entrance at the front with no communal door. Just a property in it's own right which i think is a big perk.

It is close to all amenities (not to mention Lakeside is on your doorstep) and is just outside the A13/M25. There is plenty of parking available in a private car park.

I was enjoying the comfort of the mass greenery around and quietness found here but alas i am looking to move back to London as my father recently past away and i need to be near my mother in Edmonton. i need a 1/2 bed ground floor with garden facility as i have a small dog.
