This is a non-estate one bed ground floor flat with communal garden, there are only 8 flats in all, own front door too. Private car park and nicely kept garden. Nice calm atmosphere and great for walking the animals.
There is a nice small greenery to the front below a large lounge window which I currently grow my own flowers and shrubs and own entrance door. Neutral laminated flooring, in hall, bedroom and lounge and painted walls throughout (no wall paper) all in all a nice cosy flat.
We are looking for similar, don’t mind condition as we love decorating, The only thing we ask is that we have a garden to accommodate the animals too
