looking for 3 bedroom house with a garden
I live in a 3 bedroom mid terraced house recently been fully damp proofed. It had gas central heating and double glazing. I had a new bathroom suite fitted white and tiled from ceiling to floor very clinical and clean!
The kitchen is very compact but I get along fine with it, my main reason for miving is my 2 children havent got a garden only a small concrete yard at the back and a small front garden. I would really like a garden big emough for a shed and a trampoline which my daughter craves!
All house has been decorated to very high standard and the windows in lounge have hand made dark oak wood venetian blinds. The master bedroom is a nice size, there are 2 other bedrooms 1 of which is a box room big enough for a single bed and single wardrobe.
There is a back gate to property which opens onto Exmouth Rd Back.
I have had no problems living on this road for the last 3 and half years, my neighbours are very friendly and helpful.
