We have a 3/4 bedroom semi detached house, which has been adapted for a wheelchair user. Upstairs; Bathroom 5ft 4in x 5ft6in new bathroom fitted, in white, with handrails next to the toilet. Lever taps on the bath and sink.

1st bedroom 9ft x 12ft overlooking the garden. It has 2 built in waldrobes.

2nd bedroom 11ft x 11ft at the narrowest point. There is a wessex through lift, which is 4 years old and well serviced, a celing hoist for use for transfer from wheelchair to bed.

3rd bedroom 7ft 7in x 9ft2in presently is being used as a shower room and has a chilten shower cubicle in it, which could easly be removed if not needed. it also have a built in waldrobe. On the landing there is a Airing cupboard, with a water tank, great for airing the clothes.

Downstairs from front door, which is ramped. left to living room 13ft 5in x 11ft 2in, which has a through lift opens into the upstairs double bedroom, an attractive Bay window looking onto a well maintained green.

Wide hall way, leading to the kitchen 7ft10in x 11ft, new kitchen units fitted, lever taps and fitted washing machine area. Area for frigde freezer. Also a specially adapted area for a wheelchair user.

To the left is the dinning room, 8ft 9in X 9ft, with sliding french doors leading to garden.

To the right an extra room, currently being used as a bedroom, with an attached toilet, which could easily be used as a utilities room, office or as now a 4th bedroom.

Garden and driveway has accessible ramps, and paved walk ways which can be used by someone in a wheelchair. Lawned garden with flower beds.

We have ample parking for 2 large or 3 small cars, on a specially assigned driveway next to the house.

Good schools, shop, hospitals etc, Town centre only 3 miles, Woking 5 miles, central London only 30 miles via the A3.

Our home has been lovely looked after, but due to health reasons we need to move to the IOW.

We have a large greenhouse and wooden shed and would be willing to do an exchange, if not available for a price, to be agreed later.

We have friendly neigbours, quite area dispite being an estate.
