hackney Council House Exchange

We have a large town house which backs onto Victoria Park. With an uplifting view of the open park from the back of the property.
It is a 4 bedroomed house with 2 toilets, large kitchen, and an extra room which some use for dining or utility but we are currently using ours as an office space. The property has 3 good sized bedrooms and another which can not be described as a box room as it is bigger and longer than a boxed room. We have a back garden and a front porch.

There is plenty of off street and on street parking (which is useful when we have visitors). We are very near to an excellent primary school, and the local boutiques, coffee shops, pubs and retaurants in the near by Victoria Park Village. However our street is tucked away amongst this and very quiet. We have excellent links to west end and the city.
My reason for wanting to move is the fact that I have lived here since I was a child (we are the first and only tenants to live here as the houses were brand new when we moved here in the early 90's).And I now feel that it is time for a change. I look forward to hearing from serious perspective swappers.
