I have a 3 bedroom maisonette in louth on the first floor...it has a big living room, good size kitchen and 2 good size bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. It has a balcony at the front, and two outside sheds, one next to back door and one downstairs in the communial area. It has a communial grass area at the back where there is a patio area and a tarmacked area. The council comes and cuts the grass etc so there is no need to do it yourself. I want to exchange for another property in louth, preferably a house but not a must, as i want to be in a different area closer to family.
