i have a 3 bedroom house, this house has

dining room
kitchen
utility room big enought for washer n dryer
bathroom with shower fitted by housing ass over the bath
fenced front garden
small fenced back garden,
walking distance to town
close to primary schools and secondary schools
there is a newsagent takeaway, hairdresser close by
most of houses bought in street,
i need to move due to having 4 kids and a husky dog so need large garden bigger the better,
willing to move asap, would prefer a 4 bedroom but will take a 3 if it is big enough to hold a family of 6 n dog and the garden is big enough bigger the better, will also consider a new build area
dont want middlesbrough, thirsk(hambleton)brompton(danes)
will take a village or town or even rural
